For now, we are only able to ship to the USA. If you are interested in international orders, please check back with us soon!
All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. From that point, it may take up to 10-20 working days to reach your doorstep.

However, in current times of COVID-19, logistics may sometimes be impacted that could cause unexpected delays. We request you to kindly be patient.


As soon as we ship your product, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.


We try our best to make your your order reaches you at the earliest.

 

Returns: 
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We offer free returns for store credit! Returns can be made by emailing us at purr-woof@yahoo.com to let us know why you'd like to return your item - we will be happy to email you a return shipping label. However, please note that product must be returned in original package it was shipped in to qualify for returns / exchange.  All items being returned must still have tags, no signs of use or animal hair, and be returned within 7 days of receiving purchase. Returns qualify for store credit, exchange and/or full refund.
Purr-Woof is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
An refund will be issue once we receive and inspect the returned item. 
 
Exchanges: 
At this time we are not able to offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you would like to replace your current order, and simply return the item you don't want to keep. Once we  receive and inspect the returned item we will issue you a refund.
